Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil
The Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from mobilization through closeout, coordinating with Project Engineers, Estimators, and Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client and contract requirements. This job is in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.

Qualifications
● 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with relevant experience in both the public and private sectors.
● In-depth knowledge and understanding of heavy civil and commercial construction.
● Required experience with P6, Heavy Job, Bluebeam, and CAD software.
● Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with government clients in a team-oriented environment.
● Willingness and ability to travel as required.
● Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager will serve as a key representative, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, engineers, and the Owner to deliver a high-quality project.
● Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all contract documents, including plans, specifications, owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
● Develop, maintain, and manage the project schedule, including long-term planning and execution.
● Establish project objectives, schedules, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with company goals.
● Maintain clear and open communication with all internal support teams and business units involved in the project.
● Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions with Architects, Consultants, Clients, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
● Prepare and submit project budgets, cost estimates, progress reports, and cost-tracking reports.
● Plan, organize, and direct construction and maintenance activities for structures, facilities, and systems.
● Implement and enforce safety standards and regulations to identify, mitigate, prevent, and resolve project risks and emergencies.
● Monitor construction activities through the administrative direction of the on-site Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
